A week of Harmony, Balance, Relaxation and Reconnection is organised for you.

This week entails daily yoga practices including asanas based on Hatha tradition, with a touch of Ashtanga, meditation, Pranayama breathing techniques, Chakra openings and Mantra chanting. This unique programme will also offer you an introductory study of Astrology concepts such as learning the basic steps to make and read your own natal charts and how to harmonize yourself with the planets and the stars. Lumbarda is located at the tip of the island and has the most rich and peaceful landscape one needs to escape from urban distractions and immerse in healing nature. Stars above, sea around you.

Healthy eating is an integral parts of the program. Rich and wholesome breakfasts as well as exquisite dinners are cooked for you with fresh, seasonnal and whole foods everyday. Lunch is free so you can enjoy your time at the beach, with a picknick or try nearby restaurants where you can relish on local specialties while enjoying the views all around.

Relaxing and submersing yourself in the soul-healing nature around you is intrinsic to this retreat. The sandy beaches are 5 minutes walking distance. There are stunning rocky beaches all around, giving you the chance to dive and swim daily in the Adriatic turquoise sea.
